Shipping

It is very important to us that you receive your order as quickly as possible. All orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days and handed over to our shipping service provider. The delivery time may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

If you place an order with us and live in Austria or Germany, we charge 4.50 euros for shipping your item. However, if you order for 160 euros or more, shipping is free. If you live in another EU country and order for €160 or more, shipping is also free. However, if your order is less than 160 euros, we will charge a shipping fee of 5.90 euros.

We ship to Austria by DPD, to Germany by DHL and to the rest of the EU by UPS. The shipment tracking is done by e-mail via the respective shipping company. For returns or complaints please contact our support. Buyer:inside bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
